Workbench for me, workbench for you

Spent several hours last night at Nick's putting together a more fancy (than mine) workbench. After we got through 80% of assembly, we realized it was too wide, so we had to take it all apart, cut some pieces and reassemble. And of course during that we found some other issues to correct, and lo and behold, I got home at like, midnight trying to figure out what the hell happened.

Since I worked on Sunday, I'm going to go ahead and take tomorrow off, which I'm really excited about. Should be able to get a crapload of work done around the house and maybe even get the car registered (finally). It's got a temporary thing now, but they never called me about the plates, so I have to sort that business out.

The weather here in Omaha is pretty nuts. I go to work and it's like, 45. I get home, and it's about 80. I have a sweatervest on now (ha!) but I'm sure I'll be sweating on the way home. Freezin' in this here office, though.

Finally got the mailbox key yesterday, too. The locksmith came and put another one on. We had this hilarious moment when he's like, "eh, do you have like, some papers that show that this is yours?" Sure do! Here are all closing documents, still in a folder, still in the trunk of my car.
